Rachel Choi is a director of IOP Accounting, with over 15 years of professional experience in the accounting and taxation profession. With a double major in Accounting and Taxation, she provides practical, structured, and compliant advice to individuals and business clients across a wide range of industries.

Rachel adopts a hands-on and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and sustainable financial outcomes. She believes that clear communication and well-considered advice are essential in helping clients make confident and informed decisions.

An IPA member and currently completing the CPA Program, Rachel is committed to continuous professional development and maintaining high professional standards.

The Senior Accountant is a CPA-qualified professional with a strong background in business finance and taxation. Holding a Master of Professional Accounting, they specialise in providing reliable and compliant accounting and tax advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses.

With extensive experience supporting business clients, they work across tax compliance, financial reporting, and ongoing advisory matters, ensuring advice is both technically sound and commercially relevant.

Bookkeeper



The Bookkeeper supports clients with the day-to-day management of their financial records, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and maintained.

They play a key role in keeping client accounts organised and up to date, forming a reliable foundation for compliant reporting and informed decision-making.

Working closely with accountants and clients, the Bookkeeper assists with reconciliations, data preparation, and bookkeeping processes, with a strong focus on consistency, accuracy, and timely record keeping.

Bookkeeper & Admin



The Administration team member provides operational and client support across the firm, ensuring smooth communication and efficient internal processes.

With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Information Systems Extension, they bring a structured and systems-focused approach to administrative functions.

They assist with client correspondence, document management, scheduling, and internal coordination, supporting both the accounting team and clients throughout ongoing engagements. A strong emphasis is placed on organisation, responsiveness, and professional client service.
